Moulding machine systems AMT and AMS

Main features of AMT:

  • Can be equipped with DYNAPULSE, as well with AIR-IMPULSE
  • Seperate sand-filling and compaction station
  • Sand-filling-vessel in front of the moulding machine
  • Hub to change the cope and drag patterns
  • The hub is moving the complete moulding set (pattern plate, moulding boxes, sand-filling-chassis and moulding sand)
  • Capacity up to 90 moulds/h

Main features of AMS:

  • Can be equipped with DYNAPULSE, as well with AIR-IMPULSE
  • Single-station machine in a central working position
  • Sand-filling-vessel and compaction sequence are assembled on a shifting-frame
  • Hub to change the cope and drag patterns
  • Capacity more than 90 moulds/h

BMD moulding line concept: CAL (Compact line)

Main features:

  • Compact moulding line with DYNAPULSE or AIR-IMPULSE moulding machine
  • Moulding machine not inline with pouring and cooling lines
  • Modular according to customers requirements
  • Compact design

BMD moulding line concept: MFA (moulding line composed of modules)

Main features System A:

  • The empty pallets are moved through the moulding machine
  • Flask size: up to 1.350 x 1.100 x 400/400 mm
  • Capacity max. 105 moulds/h

Main features System B:

  • The paletts are conveyed behind the moulding machine
  • Flask size: up to 950 x 800 x 350/350 mm
  • Capacity max. 130 moulds/h

Main features System C:

  • Only the drag boxes are fed through the core-setting line
  • Flask size: up to 1.350 x 1.100 x 400/400 mm
  • Capacity max. 130 moulds/h

Main features System BS:

  • The plant capacity is increased by two moulding machines
  • Flask size: up to 950 x 800 x 350/350 mm
  • Capacity max. 220 moulds/h

  • The plant capacity is increased by two moulding machines
  • Flask size: up to 1.350 x 1.100 x 400/400 mm
